Expansion Sub Lead

Job Description:

1. Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
2. Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
3. Manage the team that source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
4. Manage the team that source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
5. Manage the team that handles the renewal of contracts and permits for existing facilities
6. Manage the budget, attendance, and performance of the team
7. Address escalations raised by stakeholders in your region
8. Regularly report KPIs to management
9. Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
10. Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales
3. Prior people management experience is required
4. A great track record of successful project management is required
5. High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
6. Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
7. Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
8. Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
9. Willing to travel locally
