Finance Manager for International Operation

• Must have a minimum of 8 years experience on finance occupying leadership position.
• Bachelor’s Degree of Accountancy, a Certified Public Accountant.
• With technical competencies on Financial Management, bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Must have excellent analytical skills and complex problem-solving
• Must have excellent leadership skills.
• Willing to travel to Batangas for factory visit if needed only.
• Chinese/Mandarin speaking is an advantage as some operation to deal with is based in China.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Make sure that all financial reports and analyses for Internal Management use requirements are submitted on time.
• Review financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
• Respond to any inquiry of the US office on reports submitted.
• Prepare financial projection and forecasts and make comments and recommendations.
• Review pricing to Subcon and intercompany charging of raw materials and semi-finished goods.
• Responsible for payroll computation of top managers, uploading in internet banking and tax declaration. Review all documents supporting payments and ensure that attachments are in order and in compliance with established policies.
• Review cash budget and cash requirements and compare against actual spending, investigate variances.
• Make sure that all taxes and all local required taxes are paid on time.
• Analyze costing and evaluate cost per product line.
