Finance Operations Analyst

Support the Finance & Accounting Director with their day-to-day functions by performing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll and other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support duties related to purchasing, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Project Analysis
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Maintains and update inventory records
• Assist in payroll processing on a timely manner
• Support new projects as needed
• Assist with audit, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.

· Other tasks assigned.

Requirements

· Associate degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field. Bachelor's degree preferred.

· 3+ years of relevant, hands-on general accounting experience

· Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel

· SAP experience is an advantage

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently on assigned duties

· Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
