Company Profile: This Global Company is the world's biggest provider to mining , building, manufacturing industries. They are operating as a shared service company in the Philippines supporting the global operations around the world. Position: French Warehouse Administrator
Industry: Australian Shared Services
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Midnight/Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM, 10 PM - 7 AM or 11 PM - 8 AM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (once or twice a month onsite)
Type of Job: Back office in Admin Warehouse Staff
Nature of Business: Manufacturing & Mining Requirements:
◉ Filipino National who can speak, read, and write French
◉ Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or any related courses
◉ At least 2 years and above of experience in Warehouse Administration, Logistic/Supply Chain, Transportation Management or Inventory
◉ Knowledgeable in using Logistics Software - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP in Logistics and warehousing
◉ Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Responsibilities:
◉ Maintain required records and documents for warehouse operations
◉ Enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse
◉ Collaborate with manufacturing teams, downstream businesses, and third parties to execute the monthly plan promptly
◉ Resolve stock visibility issues, improve picking accuracy, and prevent business losses due to non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, or returns
◉ Apply stock management best practices for real-time production posting and inventory movements
◉ Provide customer service in executing logistics contracts
◉ Ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
◉ Organizing the daily operations of the warehouse
◉ Providing administrative and customer service support
