Job Description - Global Trade RCM Associate III

Maintain Freight Rates and Charge Rules
Quality checks (incl FCL cost)
Monitors emails & requests and distributes them to the team members.
Audits the work of the team and ensures that each work is processed timely and accurately.
Responsible for creating/updating standard process manuals (DTP)
Prepare and present analyses of reports and review of documentations
Conduct and/or participate in Performance Review meetings
Handle escalations or operational issues using relevant data
Train new members and conduct process refresher/alignment training.
Drives process improvement initiatives through process standardization and best practice sharing
Manage relationships with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.
Supports Leads for administrative functions, Reporting, Group Coordination, Improvement Initiatives, and Projects needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives.

Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 yrs. work experience
Previous work experience preferably in a shipping/ logistics/ freight forwarding or IT organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Macro), Power point, word Visio, and other MS Office applications.
Communicates effectively (verbal and written)
Continuous improvement mindset with structured working methods
Able to work effectively with a distant or minimal supervision.
Ability to propose and coordinate new initiatives.
High Organization skills and deep attention to details is a must.
