As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Designer with Coordination skills to join our team and ensure the successful execution of our client design engagements.

In the realm of in-house graphic design, support and facilitation, this role embodies a synergy of design proficiency and coordination expertise to execute client design direction and needs. As a Graphic Designer within our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of design elements across projects within the workflow. Your responsibilities encompass collaborating with various teams and infusing your graphic design acumen to enhance design outcomes that align with client expectations. Acting as a conduit between teams, you will ensure that our internal frameworks and design processes harmonise effectively and efficiently. You will fuse client design projects with design standards, ensuring a seamless alignment that consistently delivers top-tier results. Your unique skill set combines conceptualisation, design execution, and strategic research, tailored to the specific requirements of each project brief. This multifaceted approach ensures our capability to deliver high-quality design productions across various platforms. The narrative of your design work becomes a testament to the amalgamation of creativity, technical proficiency, and unwavering attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include:

1. Design Development: Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and develop innovative design solutions for websites, mobile apps, social media, and other digital platforms.
2. Visual Identity Creation: Create visually engaging designs that align with client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver unique and memorable user-centric design experiences.
3. Project Execution: Contribute to design projects throughout the life cycle of projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, within scope, and of the highest output of design workmanship.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members including project managers and developers to ensure design concepts are effectively translated into on-point digital products.
5. Adaptability: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.

1. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment: Promotion of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional growth among project team members.
2. Solicit regular feedback: Provision of potential improvements to current processes to grow, evolve and maintain an agile team methodology.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

• They must have some form of Graphic Design qualification.
• Have at least 2-3 years of design experience
• Have very strong website and mobile app design skills. (UI Design)
• Be skilled in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign.

â-‹ Knowledge of Figma, Sketch and similar is desirable

• Demonstrate knowledge of Canva
• Have experience with print file delivery and presentation design.
• Be able to understand and deliver on a design brief
• Desirable design skills include animation, photo editing / retouching
• Be able to demonstrate a strong design acumen through an extensive portfolio
• Be willing to work in the AEST time zone.
• Have very good english communication skills
• Have experience with Google, Slack, teams, Zoom etc
• Be comfortable working in project tracking platforms such as Asana and Trello.

• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background

• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
