Job Description - Head Social Media Operations

Develop and execute U8.com brand image, goals and social media brand calendar
Create engaging and shareable content on social media tel channel, facebook, x
Calendar and plan content and interactions on social media platforms to ensure consistency and engagement, and timely interaction with audiences
Real-time strategies, including weekly plans, monthly plans, and quarterly plans to increase audience engagement, influence, and scale
Schedule posts and ensure timely delivery of content
Collaborate with other teams in the business, e.g. sponsors, partner teams to enable them to achieve their goals through our social channels
Expand its influence by engaging the wider U8.com operations team, especially in the online cryptocurrency gambling field
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis and emerging technologies in the online gambling field
Practical experience in social media for more than 1 year
Have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Creativity and keen aesthetic vision
Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving
Self-motivated, with a sense of ownership and responsibility
Applicants with interest and enthusiasm for online gambling will be given priority
Be able to use relevant auxiliary AI tools, including chatgpt and tweethunt.
