Responsibilities:
To achieve turnover targets, control costs, and boost profits while ensuring overall performance.
Monitor and adjust marketing plans for each store based on company objectives, ensuring they meet set targets and development plans.
Review reports from stores, assess efficiency, address issues, and regularly evaluate performance of direct subordinates.
Manage relationships and decision-making across stores and other departments.
Guide, manage, and supervise store staff to enhance quality and service, and conduct performance evaluations and training.
Conduct regular visits to stores to assess operations, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.
Adapt and enforce systems based on operational needs, maintain effective communication, and complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
With 3 years of experience in the same position
Proficiency in chain catering management with practical experience.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a collaborative spirit.
High responsibility, dedication, teamwork, and professionalism, with a drive for excellence and self-motivation.
Willing to work in Taguig City
