Hiring: Restaurant Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• To achieve turnover targets, control costs, and boost profits while ensuring overall performance.

• Monitor and adjust marketing plans for each store based on company objectives, ensuring they meet set targets and development plans.

• Review reports from stores, assess efficiency, address issues, and regularly evaluate performance of direct subordinates.

• Manage relationships and decision-making across stores and other departments.

• Guide, manage, and supervise store staff to enhance quality and service, and conduct performance evaluations and training.

• Conduct regular visits to stores to assess operations, provide guidance, and evaluate performance.

• Adapt and enforce systems based on operational needs, maintain effective communication, and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field

• With 3 years of experience in the same position

• Proficiency in chain catering management with practical experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a collaborative spirit.

• High responsibility, dedication, teamwork, and professionalism, with a drive for excellence and self-motivation.

• Willing to work in Taguig City
