Duties & Responsibilities: Every Tuesday, report to Head hotels with no allocation + no FB content for marketing. Ensure we have the BEST rates on our website (All Year Round, Weekdays for Resorts, Weekends for City Hotels). Ensure we hit 2024 Revenue Targets for each hotel. New hotel assigned revenue target dictated by the Head. APL Delivery/Trainings. Project Delivery. Reach Monthly Quota. Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing and revenue management within the hospitality /Travel industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance. Can work 2x/week onsite Can travel and do out of town Meeting at times
