An HR Administrator is expected to: . Provide HRIS administrative and project support, including maintaining all HRIS records and files
. Ensure HR team feels comfortable using HRIS system for updating new hire information, changing payroll and benefits and/or performing additional HR tasks
. Audit employee-initiated changes in system for accuracy troubleshoot basic user system questions
. Administers the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees and contractors to ensure compliance and a positive experience throughout the employment life cycle (new-hire paperwork, compliance documents, I-9's, exit packets, job changes, PTO balance calculations, etc..)
. Administration of the background check verification process, and escalation of verifications that require additional review
. Administration of the I-9 process, documentation review and processing E-Verify ensuring compliance with regulations
. Liaise between HRIS system architects, HR, Finance during Workday implementation process
. Provide regularly status updates, review transaction results, assess system performance and accuracy
. Serve as the point of contact for system usage, access, testing and escalation requests
. Provide administrative support for testing during each Workday release phase, provide updates on priorities, changes in documentation, enhancement processes and key issues to address
. Regular communicate with Director of Human Resources, HR Generalist, and firmwide senior leadership
. Maintains current knowledge base of federal and state laws and regulations relating to HR issues
. Measures key metrics important for advanced access
. Maintain foundational knowledge of company policy and procedures.

. At least 2-3 years of experience as HR Administrator/Specialist role.
. Preferably with experience in using Workday and/or other HRIS tools.
. Excellent Communication Skills (both written and verbal)
. Proficient in using MS Office Applications
. Strong organizational and time management skills.
. Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities, while handling sensitive matters and maintaining confidentiality
. Ability to organize and prioritize work while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
. Strong attention to detail
. Consistently exhibit a proactive and customer service approach
. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
. Amenable to work on Night Shift.
