Job Description - HR and Admin Manager

The Human Resources Head oversees all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development policy implementation and compliance. They ensure that the workforce is aligned with its strategic objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Duties:

  1. Talent Acquisition

    • Ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
    • Monitor the performance of new hires.
    • Optimize recruitment costs while maintaining highquality hires.
    • KPIs: Timetofill vacant positions Quality of hires Recruitment cost per hire.
  2. Employee Engagement

    • Foster a positive work environment and high employee morale.
    • Monitor turnover rates and identify improvement measures.
    • KPIs: Employee satisfaction surveys Employee retention rate Participation in engagement programs.
  3. Training and Development

    • Enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
    • Design and implement training programs.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training.
    • Ensure learning application to improve job performance.
    • KPIs: Training hours per employee Skill development progress Impact on performance.
  4. Performance Management

    • Implement an effective performance appraisal system.
    • Monitor goal achievement and address under performance.
    • KPIs: Completion of appraisals on time Goal achievement rates Improvement in performance.
  5. HR Policy and Compliance

    • Create and implement HR policies.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
    • Monitor HR policies and procedures compliance.
    • Ensure accurate HR records and timely transactions.
    • KPIs: Policy violations Legal compliance rate Employee awareness.
  6. Administrative Efficiency

    • Streamline and optimize administrative processes.
    • KPIs: Efficiency in tasks Reduction in errors Employee satisfaction.
  7. Employee Relations

    • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
    • KPIs: Grievance resolution time Reduction in conflicts Survey results.
  8. Workplace Health and Safety

    • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
    • KPIs: Workplace incidents Safety compliance Employee attendance.
  9. Cost Management

    • Optimize HR and adminrelated costs.
    • Monitor and manage budgets effectively.
    • KPIs: Cost per employee Cost savings Budget adherence.
  10. Strategic HR Planning

    • Contribute to longterm organizational goals through HR strategies.
    • KPIs: Alignment with objectives Succession planning effectiveness.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Management Business Administration Behavioral Science or related field.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and benefits administration.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Education: Bachelor 's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field. Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and benefits administration.
