HR Clerk Responsibilities: End to end recruitment (Mass Hiring) Sourcing, Applicant Selection, Interview, Hiring Process up to employee exits Encoding of Government forms such as PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-IBig and TIN Monitor personnel records to ensure accuracy and compliance to plant regulations. Handle the construction of memos and communications to the workforce. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, government regulations, and industry standards. Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. Completing paperwork for new hires. Job Type: Full-time Applicant should meet the following requirements listed below: Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, Behavioral Science, or any- related course Relevant experience or training in the field of HR is an advantage but not required. Willing to do administrative or clerical work. Conscientious, keen on details, and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs. With initiative and can work as a team. Strong knowledge of employment laws, health, safety and government regulations, and HR best practices. Experience in recruiting and staffing for manufacturing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Willing to be assigned in MAKATI Can start immediately
