Job Description - HR Generalist


Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PHP a month

  • Use company software and other tools to assist with the management of payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses and leaves of absence

  • Update employee information database with current documentation and run regular compliance reports for leadership

  • Organize hard and soft copies of employee records

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations

  • Review and analyze employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience to leadership

  • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise

  • Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safety

  • Oversee employee labor and HR federal laws and regulations to assure compliance with State regulations

  • Review resumes during hiring processes and update employee databases

  • Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes

  • Plan onboarding strategies and schedule new employees' orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience

  • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster positive employer-employee relations

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives

  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements, staff licensure and certifications and conducting investigations

  • Work with Branch leadership to arrange seminars, workshops, additional HR training, and conferences based on each Branch's needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or staffing environment

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
