Job Description - HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for our Client. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures managing recruitment and talent acquisition administering employee benefits and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HRrelated matters.

2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding. Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.

3. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Resolve conflicts and address grievances in a fair and timely manner.

4. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to evaluate employee performance provide feedback and identify areas for development. Work closely with managers to set performance goals and objectives for employees.

5. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees at all levels. Identify training needs and opportunities for career development within the organization.

6. Compensation and Benefits:Manage employee compensation and benefits programs including salary administration bonus programs and employee perks. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

7. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions including employee recordkeeping payroll processing and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and uptodate HR data and documentation.

8. Employee Engagement and Culture:*Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity equity and inclusion. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and foster a sense of belonging within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) preferred.

Minimum of insert number years of progressive HR experience preferably in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.

Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
