Job Description - HR Officer

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  • Handle HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management or any related field
  • Preferably 2+ years’ experience in HR role.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful and with ethical judgement
