Job Description - HR Operations Manager

This position's primary purpose is to establish and maintain the HR services and operations function for APAC. You will be key in creating and implementing standard procedures and maintaining the employee handbooks and policies at a regional and local level. You will be responsible for managing the Service Now function, maintaining SLAs and reporting to the HR Lead APAC. Your focus will extend to managing onboarding and offboarding processes and all employee data for the APAC region.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Establish and maintain standardised operating procedures (SOPs) and employee handbooks and policies to guide consistent practices
  • Develop and implement HR processes aligned with overall business goals and HR strategy to enhance the employee experience
  • Ensure legal compliance and provide decision support through the analysis of HR metrics
  • Lead the onboarding process to create a seamless and positive experience for new hires
  • Manage HR operations, including HRIS and benefit administration
  • Manage our internal HR ticketing service through defined SLAs
  • Manage all documentation issued to our employees from employment contracts to ER and any contract changes
  • Work with the HRBPs to ensure all visa renewals, contract renewals are managed in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Work with the HRBPs and HR Lead on the appraisal and pay review and bonus cycle ensuring all data is accurate, uploaded and letters issued.

You'll also have:

  • 10 - 15 years' overall experience in HR Operations or HR Services
  • Advanced knowledge of HR compliance across atleast 2 of our key markets (Philippines, Australia, HK, Singapore, Vietnam, India)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate employee programmes effectively
  • Ideally coming from a startup or a fast-paced company background with coverage of several operating countries
  • Proficient in labour law administration and implementation, HRIS, and ATS
  • Experience in a shared service environment is preferred with experience with Service now advantageous
