Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily human resource operations, including Employee Services, Labor Relations, HR Business Partnering, Occupational Health and Safety, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
  • Act as a Senior HR Business Partner to ensure that HR policies align with the organization's needs, goals, and leadership objectives.

Operational Excellence:

  • Create and execute strategic HR programs to enhance HR Business Partnering.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, P&O, to implement Human Capital plans supporting business objectives.
  • Advise business leaders on company strategy and provide guidance on personnel matters.
  • Develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures for consistent implementation.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations for personnel management.
  • Ensure team awareness of critical business issues and maintain order in the workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy before submission.
  • Analyze market data to assess competitiveness and recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits.
  • Standardize employee benefits and compensation programs.

People Engagement and Development:

  • Provide guidance and support to Business Leaders on HR operations and processes.
  • Develop and equip HR team members for effective implementation of HR programs.
  • Promote a positive and energetic work environment aligned with core values.
  • Lead continuous improvement programs to enhance employee engagement and alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in HR or strategic HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong knowledge in Compensation & Benefits, Office Administration, and Employee Relations.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and coaching skills.
