Location: Pasig City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturday, 9 am to 6pm
Duties:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process; from job posting, screening candidates, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling of interviews to onboarding.
Continually source and maintain pools of qualified candidates reducing time to fill.
Stakeholder management (ManCom), operate as a business partner, and provide advisory on the end-to-end hiring process and mentor hiring managers on behavioral and capability-based interviewing techniques and guidelines.
Fulfill recruitment administrative functions including managing job postings.
Conduct background investigation for Specialist up to Manager level
Perform documentation and regular update of applicant’s database.
With Experience in Timekeeping / Compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psychology or at least college degree graduate
1 year of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
Good communication and presentation skills
The ability to work within a team and to coordinate team activities.
Good interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, and customer service orientation
