Job Description - HR Staff- ASAP

  • **Recruitment and Selection:**
  • Identifying and attracting qualified candidates
  • Screening and interviewing applicants
  • Hiring and onboarding new employees
  • **Payroll and Benefits Administration:**
  • Processing payroll and issuing paychecks
  • Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • **Employee Relations:**
  • Addressing employee concerns and grievances
  • Facilitating communication between management and employees
  • Promoting employee engagement and satisfaction
  • **Training and Development:**
  • Identifying training needs and developing training programs
  • Providing training to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Evaluating training effectiveness
  • **Performance Management:**
  • Setting performance goals and expectations
  • Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
  • Providing feedback and coaching
  • *Other Responsibilities:**
  • **Compliance and Risk Management:**
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
