College/University Graduate Preferably graduate of management, Psychology, Human Resources and Industrial Relations Administration or other related field.
At least 5 years and above experience in HR specialization in recruitment
With experience in a fast pace industry / job hiring
Experience in a construction industry is an advantage but not required
Strong Communications skills (written and verbal)
Responsible for the team that helps attracting, screening and selecting qualified candidates for jobs. Responsible also for orienting new employees and helping them assimilate into the company
Strong Interpersonal skills
Effective people management skills
Computer literate
Good Interpersonal skills
Must be highly trainable and exhibit the ability to do multitask
