Graduate of Human Resource Or any business related course
With extensive experience in all HR facets
With Supervisory experience is required
With good communication skill - both oral and written
Strong leadership skills
Amenable to work in Paranaque
Taking part in interviews, assisting with the recruitment process, recruiting, and vetting of potential new employees.
Organizing training sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing team members.
Understanding and listening to various department managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Identify and address employee issues regarding performance by arranging training where required, and discussing and helping to assist with career growth.
Processing various administrative tasks and accurately completing and processing paperwork.
Collaborating with staff to make clear HR policies, practices, and procedures.
