JOB DESCRIPTION:
Obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information within a company.
Managing company human resources records.
Assisting new employees with enrollment procedures.
Running and managing all the administrative tasks of an HR department.
Reporting to the HR Manager and being involved in all the functions of the department, including recruitment, HR record maintenance, payroll administration, and organization policies and procedures.
Processing new hire paperwork and guiding employees through orientation.
Maintaining employee database, records and applicant tracking database.
