Internal Auditor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

General Accounting:

1. Journalizing accounting transactions in QuickBooks;
2. Quarterly Reporting;

Purchases:

1. Monitoring 'Shipment' file for purchases of materials, costing, and pricing;

Accounts Payable and Billing:

1. Pre-Approval of canvasses;
2. Checking of billing statement, checks, and check voucher;
3. Monitoring of checks and check clearing;
4. Petty Cash Checking and Monitoring;
5. Preparation of ATP for Petnet.

Long-Term Payable:

1. Application of loans;
2. Monitoring of loans.

Payroll:

1. Checking of Payroll of employees and third-party contractors;
2. Monitoring of Statutory Compliance.

Taxation:

1. Monitoring of tax returns;
2. Value-Added Tax;
3. Income Tax;
4. Withholding Tax from Customers;
5. Withholding Tax from Suppliers;
6. Withholding Tax from Employees;
7. Preparation of Authority to Print;
8. Coordination to external bookkeeper

Finance:

1. Monitoring daily banks' debit and credit;
2. Reconciliation of bank statements to sales;
3. Fund allocation for expenses, payables, and loans.

Administrative and Managerial Duties:

1. Price analysis of products;
2. Preparation of Memorandums pertaining to the Accounting Process;
3. Training to Sales, and Project Coordinators regarding QuickBooks and Others.

Qualification:

• 2 to 3 years experience in Internal Auditor
• Advantage if knowledgeable in Quickbooks
• Willing to travel and visit other branches every quarter
