Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
• Preferably with 5 or more years of experience in implementing and supporting cloud-based platform solutions, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
• Flexible to manage communication and interaction with organizational stakeholders in different time zones/regions across the globe
• Strong written and verbal English language skills. Other languages an asset
• Microsoft SharePoint experience is a must
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g. Zapier or similar)
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
• Self-starter who takes charge in absence of detailed instruction; effectively initiates solutions or discussions across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
• Opportunity to be involved with implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Any CRM experience is a plus

Job Description:

• Management of GPAs internal platform ecosystem, including our Intranet (SharePoint) and its supporting libraries and lists
• Designing and developing workflows using SharePoint Online and other tools, implementing Business Intelligence components, working independently, deployment experience with SharePoint and Office 365 workloads, experience with SharePoint architecture (cloud deployment), and experience with SharePoint Add-ins and the Cloud App Model
• Aligning systems, structures, and workflows to mitigate organizational and security risk, while maximizing operational impact and efficiency
• Collaborating with leadership and Regional Business Units to understand business cases and need to streamline workflows and drive adoption
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving platform vulnerabilities, updates, and/or issues.
• Creating and maintaining user documentation, training, and support
• Creating and maintaining administrative documentation including configuration and backup information, issue and feature tracking, and change management control
• Leading projects as assigned to improve functionality
