IT OPERATIONS HEAD

Responsibilities:

o Plan, organize, and manage the IT operations of the company, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of IT systems and services

o Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal and company regulations

o Manage the IT budget and allocate resources effectively to meet the needs and priorities of the business

o Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, engineers, technicians, and analysts

o Provide guidance, training, and coaching to IT staff to enhance their skills and performance

o Evaluate and select appropriate IT solutions, vendors, and partners to meet the current and future needs of the business

o Monitor and report on key IT metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations

o Ensure regular backup, recovery, and maintenance of IT systems and data

o Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field

o Has at least 5 years of work experience in IT operations such as network administration, system security, cloud computing, and data protection

o Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in IT Operations

o With experience in using IT tools, such as VoIP, VPN, LAN/WAN

o With experience in troubleshooting techniques and methods

o Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
