1. Handles technical aspects of managing patient health information.

2 . IT Applications implementation: planning, training, roll-out of IT systems such as Bizbox, LIS, etc.

3. Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software, hardware, computer networks, and telecommunication systems

4. Installing and configuring computer systems, routers, switches, firewalls, and other related hardware

5. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

Performing system backups and restoring lost files

6. Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

Maintaining LANs, WANs, internet, and network systems

7. Supporting the implementation of new software applications and technologies

8. Carrying out system maintenance tasks such as defragmentation

9. Analyzing user requirements and undertaking system audits

10. Investigating and researching potential software, hardware, and media solutions

11. Develops business contingency plans related to IT hardware and applications to ensure uninterrupted operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), or any related course.
• Minimum 2 years experience as IT Helpdesk Specialist/Desktop Support
• Experience in handling Bizbox and LIS.
• Keen attention to detail, Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems
• Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories, and good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent communication skills, Programming skills are an advantage.

• Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
