IT Support Specialist

Onsite | Graveyard shift | Pavia, Iloilo City Qualifications:

• Bachelor's graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related programs
• 1 to 5 years of Proven Experience with macOS, Linux OS, and Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledgeable in Slack and Jira
• Has excellent problem-solving skills and is a quick learner.
• Thrives on sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members
• Enthusiastically offers assistance to the team and oversees the tasks
• Proactively identifies opportunities for workflow enhancement
• Operates with security as a primary focus.
• Dependable and has a strong sense of ownership of their work and their team’s work.
• Amenable to work onsite and graveyard shift schedule

• Place priority on the employee experience by approaching the onboarding and offboarding processes with a white-glove mindset.
• Independently own and drive multiple IT projects and deliverables for the team.
• Manage, process, and solve requests that come through Slack, Atlassian Assist, and Jira Service Management ticketing system, adhering to SLA requirements for responses and resolution of tickets.
• Manage and support Apple, Windows, and Linux operating systems, MDM, and software.
