Job Description - IT Support/Operations and Maintenance Engineer

IT Support/Operations and Maintenance Engineer
WFH - Morning Shift
Direct Hire - Full Time
Up to 60,000/month

[Job Responsibilities]

System maintenance and monitoring: Manage and maintain the company's servers, storage devices, network equipment, and other infrastructure to ensure their normal operation. Configure and manage operating systems (such as Linux, Windows, etc.) and related software to ensure system stability and security. Regularly inspect and monitor the system to promptly identify and resolve faults.
Fault handling and problem-solving: Respond promptly to technical issues and fault reports submitted by users, diagnose and solve problems. Manage and maintain the company's IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, etc., to ensure their normal operation.
Security Management: Responsible for managing system and network security, protecting the security of company information assets. Implement security strategies, monitor network security incidents, and respond to security threats in a timely manner.
System optimization and performance tuning: Optimize and tune the system to improve its stability and performance. Participate in system architecture design and optimization, providing technical support for business development.

[Qualifications]

Bachelor's degree or above, priority given to computer-related majors;
More than 2 years of IT operation and maintenance experience, with relevant industry background preferred;
Familiar with Linux/Unix operating system and common commands, with experience in system management;
Familiar with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols, possessing basic network knowledge;
Familiar with the installation and configuration of common server software (such as Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, etc.);
Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to quickly solve problems;
Possess self-learning ability and continuous improvement awareness, able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
