• At least 1 year relevant work experience
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work on night shift
• Willing to work onsite either in Mandaluyong or Makati

• Installing, configurating and maintaining relevant applications being used within the organization
• Fine-tuning of configuration of application settings for optimal performance
• Applying OS/security patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities
• Analyzing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
• Maintaining the security of the organization''s IT systems and data.
• Ensuring that IT processes are followed by IT staff, adhering to security standards and regulatory requirements
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation. Propose Knowledge changes and update existing process documents
• Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required
