Job Description - Jr. Business Development Executive

Position Type:  Junior Level/Individual Contributor

Work Location: Ortigas Center

Work Setup:  Full-Time/Hybrid

About the Job: 

Be part of our client team as a Jr. Business Development Executive, this role involves identifying, researching, and pursuing exciting business opportunities to meet sales goals. You'll manage developing strategic partnerships and alliances, nurturing long-term relationships, and creating compelling proposals. Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, researches, evaluates, and pursues business development opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develops sales and marketing projects, partnerships, and alliances that will contribute to the organization's short- and long-term goals.
  • Establishes long-term relationships with industry groups to promote the organization and its products and services.
  • Leads meetings and negotiations, conducts sales presentations, and designs proposals with potential clients and business partners.
  • Refers sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaises with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.
  • Meets the annual targets set by the management.
  • Treats all documents as highly confidential and ensures they are secured.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Economics, Humanities/Liberal Arts, or equivalent is required for this position.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Must have experience in Lead Generation/ Client Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in solution selling to corporate clients is a plus.
  • Background screening experience is also advantageous.
