Job Description - L Support - O

* Support, implement, monitor, and set-up the O365 environment in respect of the standards of the group and of the Support processes Second level of operational support for Worldwide company and subs, including O365 and SMTP

  • Automate tasks in scripting (PowerShell, GAM, Office scripts) to match with Business needs and improve the support, KPIs, workflows, and reporting
  • Coordinate with various parties for change request management operation.
  • Documents O365 configuration and architecture, update/create. Standard Operating Procedures, and brief team members and key users
  • Participate in emerging projects, and act at the technical level and as the liaison for the rest of his/her department
  • Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the email system, while providing monthly reports on activity, quality and performance of these System Infrastructures.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in O365 administration and troubleshooting - must have
  • 1 year of scripting preferably but not limited to office scripting or PowerShell - must have
  • Self motivated, eager to learn and grow in the I.S. profession
  • Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department
  • Customer service oriented - must have
  • O365 Administration covering the full-site of products - must have
  • Scripting (egg. Office script, PowerShell, ansible, python) - must have
  • OS Server: Windows Server 2003, 2017, 2012 - must have
  • OS Client: windows XP to Windows 10 - must have
  • Microsoft Active Directory - must have
  • DNS - must have
  • Azure (or any cloud) Administration (mice to have) - must have
  • GSuite Administration (nice to have) - must have
Schedule and Location:
  • Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Shifting Schedule - Day and Night Shift
  • Fully Onsite
