Job Description - Leasing Assistant

Responsibilities (Duties shall include, but not be limited to assisting in the following areas):

  1. Leasing
  2. Marketing
  3. Resident relations, retention, and customer service
  4. Administration
  5. Representation of the company
  6. Total quality management
  7. Other tasks that may be called for
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in real estate selling or leasing is a plus.
  2. Candidate must be a college graduate
  3. Male or female
  4. MS Office, Google apps, and social media proficient
  5. Sales oriented
  6. Excellent communication and time management skills
  7. Keen eye to detail
  8. With at least 1 yr. work experience
  9. Full-Time Position
  10. Immediate Requirement
  11. Free Lodging Available
Requirements:
  1. Colored 2x2 ID picture
  2. Resume or CV
  3. NBI and medical clearances
  4. Certificates of employment from previous work/s
