Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must be engineering graduates, preferably mechanical or electronic.
- With experience as a machine operator or willing to undergo job trainings.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manual
- Team work and communication skills

Job Descriptions:
a. Maintaining the understanding of operating procedures for the processing line machine and implements.
b. Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep the processing area accident-free. Reporting safety hazards within the work environment.
c. Full compliance to company quality standards for seeds processing and storing.
d. Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
e. Control and adjust machine (cold room, dryer, sheller, cleaner, sorter, Bagger) settings e.g. speed, output, temperature.
f. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
g. Test operation of machines periodically.
h. Fix issues that might occur during the shift e.g. welding, soldering, parts replacement.
i. Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
j. Keep records of machine outputs, machine and processing line implements.
k. Recommend the purchasing and storekeeping of redundant unit, components and spare parts.
l. Training and overseeing other employees on processing line operations.
m. Co-assess and document the shift crew skillsets pertaining to the specific segment of the processing line.
n. Proposing improvements to the process, skillset and machines as needed.
o. Maintain activity logs.
p. Review the CCTV records for maintenance and safety purposes.
q. Assume the shift leadership and other tasks assigned from time to time.
