Maintenance Head

URGENT HIRING!!
Top Chef's Food Supplies Inc. needs a Maintenance Head with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical, Mechanical or Equivalent)
• Preferably three (3) years of responsible leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory position handling maintenance of equipment, process, and machinery
• Analytical skills, capable of evaluating project proposals and solving various complex problems
• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track
• Knowledgeable in Food Safety and Quality Regulations (HACCP, GMP)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists the manager in managing the overall utility and maintenance operations for the plant to ensure proper generation and distribution to respective departments.
• Assists the manager in directing and coordinating with industrial plant production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance.
• Supervises and leads engineers and technicians who design machinery, plan and develop civil projects, and oversee production and quality control.
• Reviews maintenance procedures and schedules and supports production with their preventive maintenance activities.
• Review section performance and implement improvements to increase the productivity of the team.
• Promotes continuous improvement by implementing beneficial projects that contribute to the plant's quality, profitability, and sustainability.
• Develop strategies and plans for business development in the long run.
• Assists the manager in performing administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances, and planning for cost savings initiatives.
• Performs assigned duties and responsibilities with high regard to safety and environment and shall fully adhere to policies on
• Environment, Health, and Safety while inside the facility premises.
• Reports quality and food safety issues and any potential or actual emergency to the immediate superior or authorized/designated person.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
