Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)

• Manages the full operations of the entire mall.·
• Ensures the completion and submission of all reports of Top Management.·
• Executes all directives and performs duties and responsibilities with a sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset and attitude.·
• Ensures excellence in customer service delivery by the Mall Operations Staff to ensure customer loyalty and retention and attract more tenants to the mall..

Job Qualifications: ·

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.·
• With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in Retail Industry·
• Excellent oral and written communication skills·
• Very good leadership and coordinating skills·
