One of the leading BPO Company, managing and providing solutions on the Financial Technology industry. This company provides services in both local and international firms. Position: Mandarin Operations Manager
Location: Pasig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 95,000 - Php 150,000
Schedule: Dayshift | Monday to Friday
Set-up: 100% Work Onsite Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management or any related course.
Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
Background or at least familiarity with AI technologies and digital platforms.
Experience in Customer Service, Operations or Business-partnership. Responsibilities:
Preparing and proofreading Mandarin Chinese and English materials for model training in company projects.
Connecting and maintining relationship with overseas writers' teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution.
Act as a primary contact person for international operations/office in overseeing current project.
Manage the overall execution and implementation of project tasks taht requires engagement in overseas office.
Negotiate in to facilitatingagreements, contracts, and terms with overseas partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that support project goals and objectives. Recruitment Process:
