Marketing Administrator

Salary: P40,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 4 years of working experience on a similar role
• Experience with database entry and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Must have experience with any of following: Amazon Seller Central, MailChimp, Canva, and/or WordPress.

What will you do?

• Formatting white papers, articles, and blog posts in Microsoft Publisher and then converting them to PDF for posting on website.
• Supporting staff with formatting legacy PowerPoint decks to brand standards as needed.
• Scan website to check for any broken links or images that need updating.
• Recording unsubscribe requests from MailChimp to CRM and notifying the team.
• Recording client communication preferences in CRM as needed.
• Book inventory and Amazon store maintenance for the Healthy, Wealthy & Wise Collection.
• Helping new hires set up branded email signatures and LinkedIn profiles.
• Work with new hires to draft a bio for marketing use and updating the Bio Book.
