Job Description - Marketing Manager

Spearheads the conceptualization and implementation of Marketing Strategies to meet the organizational objectives of Vida Nutriscience Inc.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communication

  • Create compelling marketing collateral tailored to specific customer segments and sales channels.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Drive the growth and profitability of the brands assigned to him/her in accordance with the company’s strategic thrust and objectives; 
  • Develops and manages the marketing plan of assigned brands or categories through strategy formulation, identifying segments and target customers, and executing programs (advertising, promotions, and tactical activities).
  • Envision and create the tone and personality of a brand/campaign. 
  • Develop unique, relevant and relatable copy for all Brand’s POP materials, social media contents, taglines, ads, etc.).
  • Create scripts, storyboards and copies for offline & online video production. 
  • Brainstorm, craft stories and build brands through campaign-level thinking and execution - whether through Film, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Activation, Digital, PR, Native Articles, Magazine or Social Media.
  • Cascade and translate campaign ideas to various BTL, OOH and Digital executions. 
  • Coordinate with relevant Departments and write brand brief (creative description on labels, packaging, etc.) for new product intro requirements.

Product Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to maximize product awareness, adoption, and revenue
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, utilizing market research; sales data, sell-in/sell-out analysis, provided by the Sales Manager. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective in-store activities, promotions, and merchandising strategies, working closely with the Sales Manager, and leveraging insights from sales and distribution data provided by the Sales Manager.
  • Performs other ad hoc tasks that may be required and relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in general and product marketing.
  • At least 1 year of general experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Intermediate skills in excel, google sheet, and Project management.
  • Strong analytical skills in sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Experience optimizing sales performance through data analysis.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership and proactive mindset.
