A marketing manager would undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’s sales.
I. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
● Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
● Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content duration, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copy-writing, performance analysis,
● Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
● Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
● Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
● Committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
● Partner with the creative director, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
● Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
● Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or similar,
2. Work Experienc e. With 4+ years experience in marketing, and familiar with the marketing software tools, Experience in Hotel industry and Food brands, Experience building complex marketing programs ,Exposure to digital and direct response marketing, Strong project management skills, Strong problem solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking, Excellent organizational skills.
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills; excellent leadership and managing skills; highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment; “can do well do” attitude; trustworthy and result oriented. Must be attentive to detail, thorough, possess a strong work ethic, and be professional and courteous when working with others.
