Marketing Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business Administration or other relevant degree - At least 3 years of work experience in the Hospitality Industry and Real Estate (Condominiums)

• With strong communications skills
• Willing to start immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
• Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts

(events, email campaigns and promotional material). - Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.

• Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of

promotional materials.

SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
