Job Description

• Taking responsibility: 1st level of customer support for CCTV cameras and other Bosch Products. Troubleshooting and monitors alarm system hardware electronic devices such as video cameras, remote controls, audio surveillance equipment and television monitors and after-sales transactions
• Think comprehensively: Act accordingly to resolve issues on-hand
• Implement reliably:  Extracts and prepares data for presentation required for meetings with the clients

Qualifications

Personality: Client-oriented, team player, responsible and ability to work with diverse environment

Working Method: Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback, Exceptional analytical & listening skills

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in CCTV Trouble shooting 
• Technical Support background (Network, Hardware, Software Configuration),
• Experience in Cisco Network Environment
• Preferably Cisco Certified Network Associate Certificate

Language: Proficient English communication skills (oral and written)

Schedule: Amenable to work in a morning shift
