NETWORK OPERATIONS SENIOR ENGINEER

Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible in the assessment, evaluation and preparation of maintenance programs, management and planning of weekly operating program and grid operating program.

Evaluate, prepare and generate the impact of the outage of plant or transmission facilities that have impact in the supply capacity;

Management and planning of Grid Operating Program (GOP);

Management of the Weekly Operating Program (WOP);

Management of Supply and Demand;

Management of Luzon Grid Operations, Valuable Renewable Energy (VRE) Forecast or acceptance of VRE nominations, and System Operations-Market Operations data interchange program; and

Assessment, evaluation and preparation of Day-Ahead Generation Schedule (DAGS) and Day-Ahead Ancillary Services Schedule (DAAS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Registered Electrical Engineer
• Two (2) years of related experience
• Knowledgeable in Basic Plant Operations
• Computer literate / Must know Basic Programming Languages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
