Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter sales inventory data into the designated systems. Accurately enter weekly income reports based on the provided data, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Maintain organized records of all data entries and reports for future reference. Package Returns: Process package returns by entering relevant information into the system and ensuring proper documentation. Coordinate with the relevant departments to facilitate smooth returns and exchanges for customers. Order and Inventory Management: Updates any order changes or discrepancies at the sale inventory Update inventory records with incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accurate stock counts. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient storage system for products. Customer Reviews: Regularly monitor and respond to customer reviews on various platforms, addressing both positive and negative feedback professionally and promptly. Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues raised in reviews and enhance customer satisfaction. Receive and document customer complaints, ensuring all necessary details are captured accurately. Escalate complex complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their complaints have been adequately addressed. Social Media: Monitor social media channels for manual orders from customers and respond promptly to inquiries and orders. Accurately record manual orders and ensure seamless communication between the customer and the sales team. Collaborate with the sales team to process manual orders efficiently.
