Job Description:
Coins.ph is looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be a remote position based in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines.
Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations remotely, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. - Coordinate with team members and supervisors to schedule meetings, appointments, and other office activities. - Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail. - Assist in coordinating team events, trainings, and other special projects. - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. - Manage office budget and expenses effectively. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Hardworking and passionate about office management. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
