Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively
• Apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze and interpret patterns from large data
• Explore how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data
• Conduct research and analysis in order to find gaps and opportunities. Come up with solutions to business problems
• Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies (where applicable)
• Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems (where applicable)
• Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
• Help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients
• Proposing solutions to an organization’s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress
• Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
• Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach
• Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes

Key Skills:

• Confidence in working with complex data and systems
• An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems
• Familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence) used cases to be able solve business problems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
• Time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills
• An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques
• COPC, Six Sigma Green belt or Sigma Black Belt or PMP Certified, etc. is an advantage

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…

• Have 5-10 years experience handling projects related to data analytics
• Experience in data transformations using SQL, Google Looker, MS Excel
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning (ML), Minitab, or Excel Data Analysis Pack is a plus
• Experience in designing data architectures is preferred
• Experience on visualization/presentation of data for stakeholders using Tableau is preferred
• Can handle multiple projects/data analysis requests
• Preferably Manager specializing in Quality & Process improvement role or equivalent
• Ability to analyze statistical data is a plus
