OPERATIONS AND RISK ANALYST

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Operations & Risk Analyst, located in the Melbourne CBD reporting to our head of Risk. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations & Risk Agent to join our continually expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in risk management, analyzing data and transactions of our clients, with a focus on compliance and processes such as risk checks and payment requests.

The main responsibilities of an OPERATIONS AND RISK ANALYST include:

• Manage client withdrawal requests efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Engage with colleagues and customers to address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets with a sharp focus on accurate information.
• Analyze Forex trading accounts for potential risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other teams, including Finance, Support and Sales to ensure a cohesive risk management strategy.
• Execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data for risk assessment and reporting purposes.
• Communicate important information and updates to customers via email.
• Manage the backend systems of the trader dashboard and WordPress systems.
• Monitor and report any errors or faults in our technology systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the financial industry (desirable).
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with customer communication (internal and external) via email and messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with MT4 Manager and trading platforms (desirable).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot various in-house systems.
• Knowledge of risk management practices in trading (ideal).
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables, etc.).

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
