Operations Head

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering field

-Have at least 2-years of production experience in a relevant industry (Ready Mix Concrete)

-Must have a formulating strategy, improve performance, and good at planning.

-Knowledgeable enough to control the flow of operations and must be keen on inventory monitoring

-An effective leader, team player, decision-maker & problem solver

-Must have good communication skills and service delivery to produce the desired outcome of a high-quality product or service that satisfies customer demands
