Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager - RCM/Patient Collection

Schedule: Nightshift schedule / Monday to Friday

Engagement: Full Time / Direct Hire / Permanent

Role Summary:

• The role would be part of the Operations team. The major duty would be to manage day-to-day operations and SLA Management, Client Management, Team Management, Interact with Account Manager/Client, Attend Client Calls and Other crucial meetings

• Coordinate governance calls, deal with client/team concerns, reports evaluation, ensuring that the process is metrics driven, and give counsel to the TL and team members

• Process Improvement
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Collections (Patient Financial Responsibility) team for a the healthcare provider group that is based in the United States.

Qualifications:

• At least 10–12 years of experience in a Revenue Cycle Management company 
• At least 2-3 years as an Operations Manager in a Revenue Cycle Management Company serving Provider/Physician groups 
• At least 5 years in Patient Collections for Hospital/Physician Billing experience 
• People Management experience; Handled at least 150+ FTEs 
• Experience in Revenue Cycle process (RCM)
• Knowledge/Experience in EPIC software
