Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for ensuring both operational and financial achievements of the brands
• Conducts store visits and operational evaluations of the Restaurant Managers.
• Sets the target and achieves the cost of labor on a weekly basis.
• Ensures that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Complete performance appraisal and individual development plans for all the managers both FOH and BOH
• Reports monthly sales performance and updates
• Completes the Store Operations Excellence that includes sales performance and variable costs and reports to the COO/Head of Operations weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10+ years working experience in Operations Management, preferably in the Food, Hospitality, local FMCG industry or in Public listed companies.
