Job Description - Operations Manager

Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the exclusive distributors of concessionaire wines and liquors. Our respected client is looking for an Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Onsite work in Parañaque City, Mondays to Fridays.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute operational strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
  • Oversee supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience as an Operations Manager.
  • Retail experience is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
